In addition to the hostel children we have 646 students attending the Word & Deed School as day-scholars by paying nominal fees. We are also supporting 159 students for Graduation and professional courses who are studying outside in different colleges.

WORD & DEED EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY
We are providing Education and Boarding facilities for 1842 sponsored and un-sponsored students through Word & Deed School. In addition to the hostel children we have 646 students attending the Word & Deed School as day-scholars by paying nominal fees. We are also supporting 159 students for Graduation and professional courses that are studying outside in different colleges. Through Junior college we are offering Intermediate General and vocational courses. The college has strength of 219 of which 170 students are staying in the hostel and the remaining 49 students are day-scholars.

We are providing the quality education through the Word & Deed School and Junior College, with library, computer science, craft, games, general knowledge, spoken English, NCC (National Cadet Corps) and moral instruction classes besides the regular subjects.
The sponsored and the un-sponsored students are given notebooks, textbooks and stationary according to their need and usage and they are being provided with 3 pairs of uniform and two pairs of civil dresses.
We have 78 teaching staff and 2 non-teaching staff for 55 sections from L.K.G to X classes in the school. In the Hostels we have 2 wardens and 12 supervisors for both boys and girls’ hostels. In Junior college we have 17 teaching staff and 3 non teaching staff are working.
Capacity Building Program:
We are conducting Capacity building program for the teachers and lecturers in School and College to update their teaching skills with new methods and learning techniques in order to quality of education. Under QUEST program 27 staff in High School and Junior college have been trained and right now 50 teachers are undergoing WATIS training program being conducted by EDUCOMP which is an educational research and training institute
